The greatness of effect on worldwide albedo because of occasions caused on earth can be shown by the accompanying model â⬠A volcanic ejection in Mount Pinatubo in June 1991 discharged mist concentrates in the stratosphere, which raised worldwide albedo by practically 0.007 in a range of two years. A bigger increment in worldwide albedo with obscure causes was accounted for to happen somewhere in the range of 2001 and 2003. So as to research whether any noteworthy changes in worldwide albedo happened somewhere in the range of 2001 and 2003, Wielicki et al. analyzed the perceptions made by worldwide satellites that deliberate changes in the earthââ¬â¢s albedo (825). These perceptions incorporated those made by CERES (Clouds and Earthââ¬â¢s Radiant Energy System) of NASAââ¬â¢s Terra shuttle. The month to month irregularities in the information brought about via regular changes were invalidated and information was plotted. The information gave by CERES covers worldwide perceptions for the total sun powered range running from a frequency of 0.3 to 4 à µm. The perceptions of the worldwide information uncovers a little reduction of about 0.006 in the worldwide albedo comparing to around 2 W m-2 lessening in the shortwave reflected transition. These outcomes repudiate with those acquired by Palle et al, who showed a huge increment of about 0.017 in the worldwide albedo comparing to an expansion of around 6 W m-2 in the shortwave reflected motion. Free perceptions made by two individual CERES instruments were analyzed. It is accepted that the 1.1 W m-2 decline in the transition saw by one of the CERES instruments could be because of introduction to bright radiation during a hemispheric output. At the point when mulled over, this further decreases the inconsistency to 0.9 W m-2. Wieli cki et al. further clarify the impact of progress in albedo on earthââ¬â¢s atmosphere (825). At the point when changes in land surface, mist concentrates, and woodland, day off ice spread is the reason for change in albedo, at that point expanding albedo results cooling of the earth and diminishing albedo brings about warming. These progressions on earthââ¬â¢s surface essentially impact the measure of reflected sun powered radiation however have similarly minor consequences for the produced warm infrared radiation that outcomes in cooling. Wielicki et al. fight that if perceptions made by Palle et al. were right, at that point there would have been worldwide cooling twofold of what had been seen in the Pinatubo emission. Be that as it may, such a worldwide cooling was not watched. Moreover, Wielicki et al. clarify another likelihood that the earthââ¬â¢s all out sea heat stockpiling could observer a critical decrease. It is assessed that between 2000 to 2002, the sea heat st ockpiling has encountered an expansion of 0.7 W m-2. So as to represent the worldwide changes in reflected sun based transition, the motion in sea heat stockpiling was scaled to worldwide surface region from a sea just zone used by Willis et al (Wielicki et al. 825). As indicated by Wielicki et al, in the event that changes in worldwide albedo were happening, at that point there would be a decline of 0.7 à ± 0.8 W m-2 in the reflected motion. This is seen as predictable with the perceptions made by CERES. As of not long ago, just the impacts of progress in albedo have been examined. Cloud changes may likewise be influencing both the earthââ¬â¢s albedo and its warm infrared cooling, and may likewise be a reason for albedo changes that don't Edwardhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09392106809596708839noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2455353374788677251.post-45178889006375503632020-08-21T16:23:00.001-07:002020-08-21T16:23:37.723-07:00School Behaviour Policies For Children Education EssayUnderstudy conduct has ever been a cardinal issue in any school. Understudies go to class essentially to connect with different understudies in a situation that is acceptable appropriate for overview and dramatization. Anyway evident, students appear to be more inspired in the retreat zone than in the schoolroom. Conduct endures actually as often as possible when these understudies are non each piece persuaded as the others. Group conduct gets easily proven wrong at the very least as childs direct their going to off from the existent scholastic requests of being in school. Educators and staff of schools are bound and determined in work trip such issue extending their control of student conduct to highs that may non regard the understudies, each piece great as the school. Disciplinary activities, correctional in each sense, are the well on the way to be utilized to amend understudy bad conduct. Sir Alan Steer ( 2009 ) in his examination found that in the UK, in its schools, there is no interest or need to give schools and its staff more extensive powers yet there is an interest for a ââ¬Å" airing plan â⬠to be insightful and to comprehend the bing powers in school. In his 2005 examination, he proposed more extensive choices of genuine wagess and faces must be at manus, all of which fairly, sensibly and methodicallly applied by totally concerned staff. Lapp has been recommended four mature ages along these lines ( Steer, 2009 ) . Findingss have been solitary in his 2009 examination. He repeated that ââ¬Å" away from and the predictable use of wag ess and faces â⬠are basic. He dismisses ââ¬Å" punitory arrangement â⬠to awful conduct. Genuine affection is satisfactory however punitory techniques are shameless and socially damaging. A few proposals have been reserved in order to execute the pertinence of the discoveries. Steer ( 2009 ) considers: A wages framework that is viable and attached to open introduction in the schoolroom guarantees student fight and better conduct. Great conduct requests to be educated. It is extremely basic to learn childs to act great ââ¬Å" so schools must follow processs and designs â⬠that will help students on the proper behavior. All staff must be acceptable capacity hypothetical records of good conduct. Schools do hold arrangements that reward great conduct and great work each piece great. Approvals are in topographic point to smooth out the interest for better conduct yet what is forgotten about is the means by which to make and actualize suitable wages frameworks. Basic faces end up being more solid than aside from the child from classification. Factual informations on conduct improvement must be at manus to indicate changes and supplement in the future activities. Acclaim can be utilized to incite students and advance better conduct. Utilizing understudy following framework to perceive positive and negative conduct is other than productive. Inspiration and Incentives Inspiration has been for quite some time considered as an extremely of import factor in learning. It is the antecedent for fruitful cognizance of the students. Geting affectations from great work after a motivative treatment is very suggested. Understudy intention is the contribution of students in larning or making scholastic work ; instigations are techniques used to impel understudies in larning scholarly stuffs ( Slavin, 1984 ) . Cardinal to this researchaaââ¬Å¡Ã¢ ¬aââ¬Å¾?s point is to use the inspirational impacts of wagess or promptings in learning. It is for quite some time realized that thought process plays a cardinal capacity in student achievement. Along these lines, explicit in this investigation is the capacity of rationale in social changes of a student in a schoolroom scene. Self-esteem and Self-Efficacy In instructive mental science, it is standard runing procedure to break down the intrapersonal conduct of a researcher. Their perceptual encounters of the conscience must be contemplated so as to happen the suitable answers for social employments. Respect is connected to the self-idea of capacity in any school scene ( Ames, 1990 ) . It is how an understudy considers his ain limits with respect to othersaaââ¬Å¡Ã¢ ¬aââ¬Å¾? . Self-adequacy is viewpoint or conviction that one would perchance be able to move out an endeavor. It is task-explicit or situation specific. Regularly, self-viability fills in as a gauge on a child ââ¬Ës readiness to larn, his arrangement of alternatives in larning and existent open introduction ( Ames, 1990 ) . Nonetheless, age play a capacity in how understudies get capacity. More youthful childs are increasingly positive or idealistic. They have high standpoints are versatile after a disappointment. They will in general assume endeavor and capacity as th e equivalent. More seasoned childs are increasingly negative in estimating themselves. Expressive informations from socio-socioeconomics will flexibly the underlying investigation. Relationship examination on understudy and educator data from the surveys will follow thus. The main piece of this investigation lies on the significant modifications of understudy self-idea as changes in the wages frameworks are placed into topographic point. An investigation of error ( ANOVA ) will make a progression of significant preliminaries on adjustments of perceptual experience by the understudies, for example self-esteem and self-adequacy ( as dependant factors ) when a wages framework is set ( Kirk, 2007 ) . To make your essay interesting, use many different types of examples. For example, instead of using one single example for your entire essay, choose a couple of different examples and describe what they mean in your own words. You can make this process even more difficult by having an essay writer friend or relative check your essay for errors, provide feedback on your writing style, and sometimes suggest edits. There are four main types of illustrations: pictures, graphs, drawings, and tables. Using pictures or illustrations is usually the most effective way to engage your reader's attention. However, you can also choose to use any type of illustration that best describes your point. Also, when you use illustrations, make sure that you do not use too many of them at once, since having too many pictures make the illustration less effective. When creating a p articular illustration, remember that your illustrations should be shown as simple, clear images. To do this, only include the images in your essay if you have something to show from them, and if you want your reader to really understand the illustration. An illustration should be a single image and should not appear multiple times throughout the essay. In this case, you can use another table, picture, or graph to help you describe the information in your illustration.Drawing diagrams and other complex shapes are best used when writing about scientific or mathematical concepts. Use illustrations that relate to the concept you are trying to explain, instead of using more complicated drawing to make the point that much simpler. The simplest illustrations are often the most effective, because your readers will easily visualize the explanation. If you are uncertain how to represent a certain illustration in your text, or if your illustration is not representative of your topic, do not u se it.It is common for a new writer to struggle with adding pictures and diagrams to their essay, so it is good to have an essay writer friend or relative to check it out for you before publishing. These friends and relatives may also be able to provide suggestions and advice that you may not think of. Plus, they will also be able to recommend examples of illustrations that you can use to create your own illustrations.Although writing can seem to be a pain, it is also a good exercise that you can take to improve your writing skills. As you learn to write, you will come across more illustrations that you can use to illustrate your ideas. Writing is a great skill that allows you to share your thoughts and emotions with others. After learning how to use illustrations effectively, you can apply this technique to many different subjects. An example of illustration essay is a great tool for beginners to start building their writing skills, because it is easy to understand and read. Not onl y does it help you get your feet wet, but it also helps you learn important communication skills.Lastly, keep in mind that an illustration essay can be very useful in improving your ability to communicate. Learning how to use this skill properly can make writing easier, and it can also give you more confidence when it comes to communicating ideas and sharing information with others. The foreign policy was primarily acts of neutrality and refusal to be involved with European affairs that came out of a defensive reaction to perceived threats from Europe. Two of these policies in include Washingtonââ¬â¢s Proclamation of Neutrality and the Monroe Doctrine. Both of these policies expressed the neutrality of the United States in European affairs and helped the new country to develop without the constant threat of war. Washington, in his farewell address , wrote about the foreign policies that he thought would best protect the United States against any European threat. These included not getting involved in European affairs, avoiding sectionalism, and not making permanent alliances, but temporary trading ones instead. The reason early foreign policies were primarily defensive and promoted neutrality is because early presidents and government officials were more concerned with the protection of the United States than trying to assert its power and dominance in the world. The Napoleonic wars had distracted European countries from the growth of America but once Napoleon fell, the United States needed more defensive actions against European threat like the Monroe Doctrine. The people sometimes forgot that they did not defeat Britain on their own and that many European powers were no longer interested in the well-being of the new country. Both the Proclamation of Neutrality and the Monroe Doctrine were issued as defensive reactions to pe rceived threats from Europe. Taking place in 1692, the trials were triggered by a group of girls gathering to read palms. What started as a session of innocent palm readings, though, turned into a series of courtroom meetings. The trials resulted in chaos and disruption throughout the town of Salem. Various causes for the trials existed, but among these reasons were the religious state of the community, the unstable condition of the village, and the colonistsââ¬â¢ way of life. The colonists of Salem village were Puritans, and the preachings of this religion played a major role in the cause of the trials. They also accused people because the Bible says, ââ¬Å"Do not suffer a witch to live.â⬠(Burner 71). Because witchesââ¬â¢ views conflicted with holy ones, according to the Bible, the people of Salem did not want them to be a part of their society (Schwartz 1). The Salem Witch Trials came at a time where the colonists were just trying to overcome many other problems. In 1686, King James created the Dominion of New England. The Dominion of New England was an attempt by the king of England to unite all of the colonies. As a part of this plan, he wanted all of the colonies to be ruled by one governor. Therefore, he appointed Sir Edmund Andros as the governor of the Dominion of New England. The colonists were unhappy with the appointment of Andros because they felt that he undermined local self-government. As a result, the colonists felt that their power and control over themselves was being challenged. People who lived in religious communities, like Salem, did not want their form of government to change from a theocracy (Burner 63). The reason that this is important is that it can help identify specific traits of how the person lived their life and a potential understanding of their work. In reading this paper you will hopefully have a better understanding how sex, age, and lifestyles can influence stress markers on bones of the shoulder joints. Introduction: Musculoskeletal stress markers can be found at the origin and insertion points of a muscle on a bone. These areas are known also as an enthesis. When using a muscle, a muscle will constrict and tighten, pulling at the origin and insertion point creating more blood flow to these areas so that they can create osteoblast as over time the bone that the muscle is attached to will diminish over time if not restructured. Over time the amount of osteoblast tends to dwindle creating more stress markers left on the bone. With this anthropologist, can approximate the age of an individual from the markings that were left behind. Anthropologist are also able to determine to an extent on the sex, weight, and other traits of the person they are analyzing. Answer: Brand Prestige and functioning The branding that is being undertaken by Richard Mille is based on the functionality of the watch based on the utilization of the high tech materials and the most appropriate design to fit in the requirements of the customers who are after the prestige related aspects of the brands. The elegant and classic looks of the watch has attracted the attention of the fashion conscious customers. The watch is designed in Sweden with a superior classic look, which helps in determining the brand. The proper functioning of the organization is based on the understanding of the needs of the customers to fulfill their criteria of adding the value of prestige which is determined by the product that is being used by the same (Hanzaee and Taghipourian 2012). Therefore, the branding of the product s is again based on the choices of the customers where the customers identify the brand as a sign of the elegance. On the other hand, the branding also ensures the customers of the proper services and the fun ctioning of the commodity that is being chosen by the customers. The branding of prestige oriented products and the branding of function-oriented products in todays world is based on the choice of the customer and the manner in which the customers perceives the product available in the market. It is kind of transferred epithet that affects the choice of the product made by the customers, which is determined by the branding that is used by the organization in the market (Esmaeilpour 2015). It has helped in understanding the different aspects of the change that is required to be undertaken by the manufacturers in order to adhere to the needs of the customers in the market (Viktoria Rampl and Kenning 2014). On the other hand, the different perspectives of the customers adds to the loyalty of the same in the market structure (Vigneron and Johnson 2017). The customer loyalty pays a good price for the organization as it helps in bringing about improvements in the product that is manufactured by the organiz ation. The company produces its products, which is based on the requirements of the customers based on the functioning of the product (Keller 2017). The similarity of the branding of the two most elegant watch manufacturers is based on the assurance of the quality. Watch is a passion for the admirers therefore, branding of the watches play an important role in satisfying the emotional needs of the customer. On the other hand, the elegance of the Richard Mille watch and the sporty functionality of the Daniel Wellington Watch is based on attracting the target customers. Branding thereby plays a major role in serving the quality products and services to the requirements of the customers. Answer: Introduction Oman Insurance Company is an insurance company with headquarters in Dubai. The company was established in 1975 and since then it has grown to be one of the largest professionally managed and financially sound organization in the United Arabic Emirates. The Company is chaired by H.E Abdulaziz Abdulla Al Ghurair and the chief executive officer is Christors Adamantiadis. The OIC is a top insurance services provider to customers in the Middle East. The Company has 15 branches in every Emirate in the United Arabs Emirate, Qatar and Oman. It also has a subsidiary in Turkey. The Company has a financial strength that is rated A- by Standard Poors and an A Excellent by AM Best. In addition the company has won two prestigious Industrial Awards for the Best Commercial Lines Insurer and the Most Innovative Insurer for product in the year 2015. The OIC offers insurance solutions for corporate and individual clients in Medical, General Insurance and Life. It also provides worldwide Reinsurance services in businesses. The company is dedicated to providing a range of covers in industrial and commercial businesses. For example in Energy, construction, marine and aviation are some of the covers offered by OIC. OIC is consumer focused and goes an extra mile to tailor products to fit the needs of the consumer. The Oman Insurance company is in partnership with international insurers to make its products stronger in the market for better consumer coverage and compensation. The OIC is in partnership with the following companies; Bupa, Generali, Star health and Coface (Tameen.ae, 2016). Significant Insurance Product-Aviation Insurance The Oman Insurance underwrites the aviation sector to cover the aviation exposures in UAE and around the world. This has been as a result of Middle East becoming a hub in the recent years in the aviation activities. The Aviation Department in the Company has grown and has capacities to comprehensively satisfy the customer need in the aviation sector. The company provides two types of products in this category; General aviation and Airline. In General Aviation, the company covers all the insurance risks related to Aviation operations .for instance; the crew personal accident, crew loss of licenses, balloons and aircraft hull and liability. The Airline facility cover is provided in to compensation in case of airline fleet, product liability, airside liability, airport operators liability or ATC liability (Tameen.ae, 2016). This product is mostly offered in conjunction with other insurance companies as a reinsurance scheme. The Aviation Insurance is a significant insurance product to the Oman Insurance Company. It requires a proper underwrite to ensure that the premiums paid will match compensation in case of an event happening. This will enable the insurance company from underestimating premiums to charge the insured .If a covered aviation Company experiences a risk, the OIC is likely to compensate more than the sum of premiums paid by the insured because the cost of an aircraft is very high. Therefore, underwriting is a crucial part of the Oman insurance Company in order to keep good performance and proficiency in it businesses. Emerging Risk Cyber Crime Cyber Crime is an emerging type of crime that involves manipulation of computer and network from the normal functioning. Cyber crime is also referred to as computer crime .Actors in crime take advantage of the normal running of the computer and network systems to pursue their selfish agendas. The cyber criminals introduce malware in the computer systems, bots and other type of virus to interfere with the existing system. These computer criminals attack organizations for financial gain, political agenda and business disruption reasons (Chowbe, n.d.) .These criminals are highly skilled and are capable of using intelligence and deploying resources to execute cyber crimes. The phenomenon is yet to get legal legislation in most countries leading to lack of proper channels to prosecute the offenders (Kirti, n.d.). Cyber crimes lead to break down of systems, data manipulation and misuse of intellectual property rights in the business world. The advancement of technology has led to computeri zation and networking to be part of the business activities to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Cyber crime victims are face with significant loss and turn to insurance companies for compensation. Cyber crimes lead to most of the risk events in the aviation sector. The aviation companies are being faced with the threat of cyber crime that increases both the financial and insurance risks. With the development of the hacking aviation technology, the vulnerability of the aviation industry has increased causing more risks and uncertainties to aircrafts and operation activities (The State of Security, 2015). Aviation safety depends on the information available to make decision. Reliability and timely of the information can reduce risk .Interference with the quality of information by hackers generate more risks to the aircrafts or aircraft systems. Therefore there is a great importance of the aviation sector to protect it important information to keep off the attacks of criminals who threatens the security of the aviation sector. Cyber criminals focus on interfering with communication and existing information to pursue their malicious agendas. They can interfere with radio calls, emails and short messages to alter communication between pilots and other stakeholders in the aviation sector. They also hack existing information such as bank details, weather forecast, customer details and economic forecast to interfere with the decisions that pilot or managers make. When computer criminals interfere with communication and existing information, they increase the risk in the aviation sector (Business knowledge for IT in insurance, 2009). The aviation sector is highly facilitated by technology and cyber crime is an emerging risk that can bring the sector down in an unexpected way. Hackers in the Middle East are keeping their eyes on the industry to pursue their agendas in a region that is faced with several threats for terror and civil wars. The cyber crimes increase the chances of an insurance risk and financial risk happening. It increases the probability of accidents, losses and mismanagement of the organizations operations. This risk is lead to the ineffectiveness of the aviation insurance that is offered by OIC. The probability of occurrence is increase due to interference of the computers and network in a company. This phenomenon affects the significance of the aviation insurance. Effects of Cyber crime on Aviation Insurance policy Cyber crimes do cause several effects that lead to decrease in the performance and profitability of the aviation insurance policy in UAE. These computer criminals steal information from the aviation companies and cause the following in the significance of the aviation insurance. Threatens aircrafts safety Cyber criminals hack the aircraft complicated systems to manipulate the system control. These hackers who have knowledge and resources to engineer software that interrupt the existing aircraft software take control of the aircraft information misleading pilots onboard. Taking control of the craft gives them an avenue to act to pursue their agendas. This act leads to insecurity of aircrafts therefore endangering the lives of individuals using the vessels to travel. The performance of the aviation insurance becomes ineffective since the insurer is not able to predict the chances of an aircraft being attack because it can happen any time leading to losses (Akhgar et al., n.d.). When an aircraft is attacked, the insurer will incur a lot of money to compensate the insured for the passengers onboard. In this case the, profitability of the aviation insurance is not attainable by the insurer. Loss of the companys assets Computer criminals cause unpredictable loss of company assets. These criminals hack the aviation systems causing accidents of vessels and other operators within the insured premises. The insurer is likely to incur more cost than the premium that has been charged to the aviation companies for the insurance cover (Hedges, 1954). Aircrafts accidents are fatal and lead to complete damage of the vessel and the goods on board. When computer criminals interfere with the aviation systems, they cause great loss of assets by the aviation companies. Due to this unforeseen cyber crimes, the aviation companies end up losing properties through misleading information to pilots and management. Afterwards, the aviation company seeks compensation from the insurer. The insurer end up paying large sum of money which is greater than the reserve created by the premiums paid. Increases chances of a risk happening Cyber criminals take control of the aviation software to pursue their personal agenda leading to interruption of the normal operations of the company. When these criminals take control, they increase the chances of a risk happening .For instance, hackers can take control of an aircraft and lead to it disappearance and most probability cause accident or hijack passengers. Cyber crimes challenge premium determined in certain world since they have power to cause destruction at any time. Therefore, cyber criminals increase probability of risk happening. This scenario will lead to aviation companies filling claim to be compensated. The insurance company will have to compensate the aviation company more frequently than expected with the existing premiums they pay. Cyber crime increases the likelihood and frequency of a risk happening and thereby affecting the performance of the aviation insurance policy in the Middle East. Manipulation of information Cyber criminals interfere with the information that the pilots and managers use to make decisions. These hackers manipulate important data and information crucial for making decisions leading to poor performance or accidents in the aviation sector. Since information determines the decision one makes, unreliable information leads to poor decision in the company leading to massive losses. Pilots make wrong choices that are expensive in the end. For instance, computer criminals can manipulate the weather data or maps directions which mislead pilots making the wrong decisions that lead to accidents. Causes hijacks and terrorism Cyber crime facilitates aircraft attacks while onboard. This leads to threatening security of the passengers and increases likelihood of aircrafts accidents. The cyber criminals attack the aircraft and the aviation companies require compensation from the insurer. The rise of the computer crimes has led to increased risks in the aviation sector especially when the flight is on board. Computer criminals use navigation and communication online platforms to hack and hijack aircraft. This lead to injuries or death of passengers and destruction of the aircrafts (Banwait, 2009) .This phenomena requires compensation and the insurer has to spend more than the amount paid in the premium. Damages the reputation of a company When cyber criminals hack an aviation system, they cause inconvenience to the travelers in the aviation sector. This leads to delays and abnormality of the functionality of the organization leading to loss of reputation. Customers feel humiliated and lose trust with the company. When companies reputation is tarnished, the companies makes losses due to lack or decrease in number of travelers per period (Chowbe, n.d.) .This unforeseen unfavorable situation in the aviation company is transferred to the insurer who compensates the company. This situation caused by hackers reduces the profitability of the significance aviation insurance policy. Actually, the insurer is the one who pays for the losses incurred as a result company not making profits. Therefore, cyber criminals damage of the company reputation consequences are transferred to the insurer who offers compensation. Identity theft Computer criminals employ identity theft to access credit and bank accounts to destroy the companys credit rating and functionality. These hackers steal the companys money making them bankrupt and unable to manage their liquidity (Choo, 2011). This act leads to aviation companies encountering difficulties that lower their competences and efficiency leading to uncertainty in the organizations. The insurer who is the risk taker is engaged to pay for the financial losses incurred and other uncertainty. Cyber criminals interfere with the facts and work with imitation in their pursuit of their goals which lead to decline of the aviation technology (InfoSec Resources, 2014). This situation lead to under performance of the aviation insurance since the insurer pays more compensations than what has been collected. Protection cost The increased cyber crime is necessitating an increase in the amount of money to be used by the insurer to reinsure and insured to pay premiums. Cyber crime is increasing the rate and probability of occurrence of risk in the aviation sector. Regardless of it frequency it unavoidable to insure since it can lead to complete close down of the business. This increases the protection cost that an insurer is spending to acquire a reinsurance policy (Dillingham, 1997). The cyber crime speculation leads to insurer taking insurance policies to avoid big losses when they compensate the insured aviation companies. This reduces the profitability of the insurance product. Unpredictable premium to charge The emergence of the cyber crime in the aviation sector, has led to OIC having a hard time to calculate the possibilities and the sufficient premiums to be charged to the aviation companies. These computer criminals inconvenience the insurance company because they are not able to charge the appropriate premiums that are profitable to the company. Hackers increase the level of unseen uncertainty in the aviation sector therefore causing unpredictability from the insurer. In case of risk, the insurer is forced to obey the policy which is indirect but caused the some losses in the aviation business. Recommendations From the analysis above, I recommend the following; Training and Awareness: The OIC should embark on training and creating awareness to the insured about the rising cases of cyber crime .Creating awareness will bring the issue into the limelight and the insured will be able to take precaution measures. Additional manual procedures and control: The insurer should advice the insured to use some additional manual procedures in operations to minimize information theft from online platform. This will minimize chances of making wrong decision since there is manual backup information that cannot be stolen or manipulated by computer criminals. Web protection: The insured should practice website protection mechanism such as URL filtering to minimize cyber attacks. This will prevent malicious URL from accessing the aviation website therefore unable to cause destruction through hacking. Firewall: The insurer will have to ensure that the insured companies are using firewall that can block suspensions websites and spam from accessing the aviation company website. An up-to-date firewall will inform the insured in scenarios where the attackers are trying to access the website. Data loss prevention: The insurer is recommended to check and ensure that the insured has a data backup to prevent it loss. Having a backup will ensure that manipulations cannot interfere will the existing data .This will guarantee the companies safety in using the historical data to make decision that are free from manipulation. Anti Malware: The insured is advised to use anti malware software to avoid damages of software and information from malware. Anti malware will prevent attacks of the aviation software which can be easily misguided by these dangerous viruses. By using anti Malware, the insured online information and navigation software will not be affected henceforth avoiding loss or manipulation of aviation information. Increase premium for the industry: The insurer should have large amount of premium being paid by the aviation companies, to avoid them incurring significant losses when compensating the insured. This can be done by having premiums that can be differentiated to cater for the risk and another portion to act as a saving. By doing so, the insurer can be able to minimize the amount paid in case of a risk happening. Increasing control procedures and control: The insured will have to institute more procedures and controls in the aviation process to minimize the occurrence of an attack. By having more procedures will help the aviation companies to detect abnormality and handle the situation appropriately in case of any crime in the systems. By having these more procedures and controls, the aviation companies will reduce the risks hence an advantage to the insurer. Investing on superior software: The insured will have to invest in superior software that is not easily vulnerable to attacks from malicious cyber criminals. This will reduce the attempts or success of computer criminals from hacking the aircraft systems hence reducing the risk .High quality software will reduce frequency and probability of a risk happening. Identity access management: The aviation companies should develop and use an identification access management system to avoid customer identity theft. This software will help maintain the customer information by ensuring the users of the online information represent the true individuals and not hackers (Deloitte Belgium, 2016). This will increase trust in the company enabling better cooperation and more earnings. Reinsurance policy to cover cyber risks: It important for Oman insurance company to seek for a reinsurance policy to insure the emerging and rising numbers of cyber crimes risks in the Middle East. The cyber crime is leading to high cost of compensation that can cause significance of the aviation insurance product in the aviation sector (Venezian, 2009). This way, the insurer will be able to maintain it profitability in the business. Introducing new policies to cater for cyber crime: The insurer should introduce a new insurance policy to specifically cater for the cyber crime. Instead of having cyber crime causing risk to other insured factor and being compensated, the insurer can have an insurance policy to cover risks as a result of cyber criminals. By doing so, the insurer will be able to fix more premiums to the policy which will not exceed compensation in case the risk occurs. The government should formulate legislation to prosecute computer criminals: I also recommend that the government should institute laws that will persecute the cyber criminals once they are arrested. It is agreeable that they cause most of the aviation accidents and facilitate terrorism in the industry. Therefore, the government should go fourth and put in place all important measures to reduce cyber criminals and appropriate punishments once they are arrested. Conclusion In conclusion, the Oman Insurance Company will need to create new policies to insure cyber crime in the aviation sector. Having a policy for cyber crime differentiated with other insurance policies will enable balancing the significance of the aviation insurance policy. It is evident that the cyber crime is on the rise and cannot be assumed due to it significant loss and uncertainty level. Hence, it better dealt with. By taking into consideration the factors outlined in this papers and adopting it recommendations, the insurer (OIC) will be able to charge premiums that will cater for the compensation without the insurance company incurring losses. Therefore, the emergence and rise of the cyber crime requires a special focus to mitigate it ability to increase risk in an aviation sector and cause significance of the aviation insurance cover. Though it does not make sense to follow the rules if you don't have to, you may want to look at the tips and tricks in order to increase your chances of being noticed by the professor. Whatever the reason, most students will agree that these etiquette guidelines have been helpful in increasing their chances of getting their essays read by the professor.Firstly, writing an essay is just not that easy. As an essay, written in any language, is an expression of some feelings or thoughts, an essay should be able to express what the student is thinking or feeling. In other words, the essay should be able to convey the student's true feelings and thoughts. Unfortunately, sometimes, the student may not be able to do this with the correct expression, especially when the student is feeling stressed.Writing in bad syntax or poor g rammar will make the essay weak. This means that the essay writer will fail to communicate his or her ideas and feelings clearly. On the other hand, writing in grammatically correct sentences will automatically make the essay more persuasive, since the writer will be able to communicate more easily the ideas that he or she wants to express. The second most important aspect of writing an essay is the placement of your signature line. The signature line is a statement which the professor will read when he or she is reading the essay and when he or she is asking you for a response.Asking for a response is not only about answering the question that the professor has asked, but also a statement that the professor will read after the signature line. Therefore, this place should be inserted under your name and should serve as your response to the professor. This will make you more visible and credible as a student who wrote the essay. But as a student, you should always remember that the sig nature line should be written in a way that it is readable by all. You should not be so concerned with the appearance of the signature line; instead, you should be more concerned with the message that it can convey. You should be conscious about how it can create a positive impression about you.For this reason, you must also make sure that the signature line is as short as possible. If you try to write too long a signature line, it may seem like you did not have enough time to put your thoughts on paper, but the person reading the essay might take your essay too seriously. You should not try to skip writing your signature line, but rather, you should write the last line of the essay. In addition, you should make sure that you choose a topic that you know a lot about. With this, you can be assured that the topic will be easy to write about and that you will not be bored when you are writing your essay. In our world that is abundant with color, we as a society have become dull and do not notice the beauty in our creations. In The Great Gatsby, the characters are wealthy to no extent, but lack the sense of wealthy-ness in their body, soul, and mind and they cannot find a sense of happiness in anything. The input of color in The Great Gatsby written by F. Scott Fitzgerald is extravagant to say the least. Fitzgeraldââ¬â¢s use of color is ample throughout the novel. The many colors used in the novel are meant to express emotions of the characters and convey the feeling of a scene. In this particular work of literature, the color green is used to symbolize hope. This quote shows the hope that Gatsby has for his relationship between Daisy and himself, ââ¬Å"You always have a green light that burns all night at the end of your dock.ââ¬â¢ Daisy put her arm through his abruptly, but seemed absorbed in what he had just said. Possibly it had occurred to him that the colossal significance of that light had now vanished foreverâ⬠(Fitzgerald 92-93). In The Great Gatsby, the green light at the end of Daisy and Tom Buchananââ¬â¢s dock symbolizes the hope that Gatsby still has to reunite Daisy and himself. Gatsby is still in love with Daisy and everything he does is to try to impress her. He knows that Daisy lives directly across the bay from his house which is the reason he moved into that house. Gatsby yearns for Daisyââ¬â¢s love and affection once again and reaches towards the green light at the end of the dock which shows his hope, ââ¬Å"he stretched out his arms toward the dark water in a curious way, and, far as I was from him, I could have sworn he was tremblingâ⬠(Fitzgerald 20-21). It provides a look at how we work with instructional staff, how to reduce or change the level of overcrowding, and how to implement a variety of strategic ideas to help students get better grades. Because classroom management research paper will reveal many valuable lessons about teaching and learning, it can help create a climate where more productive classroom practices can flourish.I've seen students who are forced to read and write notes for classwork instructions in the middle of class, or who have to get up to ask for permission to take notes at their desks. This is not only ineffective but also really unproductive. What happens is that the student ends up spending more time than necessary on homework. The use of an effective lesson plan can help students develop their own knowledge and help them learn quickly.Another example is that when one student is asked to do more than one activity at once, the attention spans are negatively affected. This is very common at my middle school and high school, where one student is asked to do a report, or take a test, and the other is assigned to write their essay. Not only does this deprive that student of the time to properly complete their assignments, but the second student is then told to turn in their essay at a certain time, which they rarely do. The lessons learned in a classroom management research paper are that assignment time should be scheduled out so that all students get to complete their assigned activities within an appropriate amount of time. One of the most interesting research papers I've read about was about how to prevent overcrowding. This was a very interesting topic because it involved the teachers' task. Teachers have a variety of tools they can use to reduce overcrowding at their schools. Some teachers can integrate time into their curriculum to create time off to go home to meet with children. Some can provide extra training and attention to help children learn better quickly.Other school systems have been able to help students who were disadvantaged by overcrowding by offering tutoring and tuition. This is another example of a classroom management research paper that can be helpful. A good lesson plan can give students more of a chance to learn efficiently and will increase their chances of obtaining good grades. Many people who have spent time working at their school have found that their classes are much more orderly, and that they get more time to focus on the problems that are causing difficulty for students. Another benefit of a well-designed lesson plan is that it can allow students to develop a strong academic foundation without feeling pressured to do too much.Another good lesson plan comes from an example where an elementary school was trying to work through some issues that were creating frustration in other students. They found that some of the students had an ability to see a problem, but could not easily share the solution. Using a lesson plan, the teachers were able to help those students make connections between what they were doing, and how they learned. This allowed them to apply the right information in their classroom practice and to help them stay in their own lane. They were also able to see students grow as learners.I hope you have found a few valuable lesson plans to apply to your own teaching. "I should not have to learn algebra and calculus because it will have no influence on my life," my opponent angrily shouted as I tried to defend the usefulness of mathematics. Three days later, I still mul l over the issue, trying to arrive at the origin of the disparity of views betw een my opponent and me. I treasure every bit of knowledge I gain, in or out of school. When someone contends that a particular academic field or realm of inf ormation has no applications, I feel compelled to demonstrate the fallacy of such an argument by citing an example from my life. As a middle-schooler in Moscow, Russia, I took English for three years. Many of my peers grumbled about having to attend the course, adamant in their belief that these skills would be never used. However, some, including myself, felt that any offer of knowledge was to be accepted and stored away for possible later use. Lo and behold, three years after I signed up for my first English class, I found myself living in the United States, sending sincere thank you letters to my English teacher for supplying me with survival skills. If I had not taken my class seriously, my integration into the American society would have taken much longer. My attitude toward learning has not changed since. Striving to excel in every class I take, I regard education in all areas as relevant to my life, rather than remote. I try to link each piece of new information either to my intended field of study (Physics/Mathematics) or to personal enlightenment. Living up to my motto, "The measure of learning is its application," I prepare myself for all situations and achieve well-roundedness. The client thereafter contacted another firm to have the material removed. The Board decided that the engineer was wrong, as his prime concern should have been public safety. The problem that arises here is whether the engineer should disclose the facts to proper authorities for the public welfare, or stay true to the confidentiality clause ;though the Code dictates that the confidentiality of the client should be maintained at all times (Section III.4) and that information regarding the client should not be disclosed without the clientââ¬â¢s consent (Section II.1.c), however, it also lays down quite emphatically that the safety, health and welfare of the public should be paramount (Section I.1, Section II.1) and that in case their professional judgment is overruled by such concerns, they should notify their employer (Section II.1.a). So, even though the engineer could say that he was protecting the confidentiality clause, he should have informed the proper authorities, or his employer, based on public safety concerns. The engineer was supposed to act with objectivity and integrity (Section II.3.a, Section III.1), and was not to do anything that discr edited his profession or deceived the public (Section III.3). The engineer owed the duty to his client as well as the public, which included the employees of his client, to report the matter to his client as well as to the proper authorities. As you can imagine, children have been exposed to many different things over the last few decades, and that means they are more likely to retain those memories than we realize. The same holds true for teenagers. On the one hand, there are fewer essays that fit into a 'quick read' category and are easier to study for, so one way to help students do just that is to assign them some prompt essay topics for 7th graders. A prompt can be as simple as a definition or question, or as complex as a large plot. For example, a 'Gift of the Magi' prompt is simple enough: 'Which author wrote the book Gift of the Magi? We start with the definition of the phrase and we move forward in the essay from there. The next step is to look at the prompts and the research behind them, especially the definition. There are a number of sites that will write up definitions for you, so you can pick and choose from there. (It helps if you take a look at a few definitions and see what resonates with you. If you feel the definition doesn't accurately describe the subject, ask someone else to give you a fresh take on it.)The next step is to write the prompt essay topics for 7th graders, using the prompt, as a framework. You can continue to write the rest of the essay following that framework, or you can do a little rewording in order to spice it up a bit. In other words, this is not really an essay but an outline, a jumping off point. These prompts are almost always long enough to be considered an essay topic, although they may have to be shortened in order to fit into a full assignment. This is your chance to make sure your students are prepared for the real thing, so don't lose focus of that. However, keep in mind that one point of view is not necessarily better than another. If you've seen it written before, consider the li ne of thinking that may help shape the ideas your students see in their own minds. As you do more of these prompt essay topics for 7th graders, you'll notice that you can relate different themes together and develop a theme that makes more sense in the context of the whole, instead of just being strung out in one particular direction. The process will begin to resemble the process you might use for a class assignment: going through the process, developing the outline, writing up the body, and then testing and revising the outline to check for accuracy. This process allows you to recognize problems with your essays, but also gives you the opportunity to see how your essay topics for 7th graders could be worded or combined in new ways to be more useful to your students. Eventually, you'll also discover how much you've learned from your students. From this definition we see that shareholders are both internal and external members of the organisation community. Milton Friedman's (1912) stipulated that the only social responsibility of corporations is to provide a profit for its owners stands in direct contrast to those who claim that a corporation's responsibilities extend to non-stockholder interests as well. Such a broad conception would include suppliers, customers, stockholders, employees, the media, political action groups, communities, and governments. A more narrow view of stakeholder would include employees, suppliers, customers, financial institutions, and local communities where the corporation does its business. But in either case, the claims on corporate conscience are considerably greater than the imperatives of maximizing financial return to stockholders. Today, a handful of researchers have gone as far as arguing that, the reasons for corporate restructuring or change are either competitive pressures, changing outside environments which in most cases is made up of mostly the stakeholders (Anderson et al. 2001). In the changing company environment, researchers have even gone as commending stakeholder approach as a key factor of organisational survival and success. Therefore, our caution to organisation management is that, they should skillfully consider how to treat particular groups of stakeholders and how to communicate with them responsively, being aware of the consequences of an omission or mistreatment. Having said this, this paper seeks to identify and analyse the issue of power and interests of stakeholder groups for the University of Central Lancashire (UCLAN). In the section that follows, using the stakeholder theory and framework I will analyse the interest and power of the various stakeholders on the activities of the University of Central Lancashire. Stakeholder Theory Friedman (1963) as sited in Anderson et al. (2005) argues that a corporation is socially responsible only to its shareholders. In this regard, other corporate constituencies (stakeholders) can easily be overlooked. However, stakeholder theory strongly suggests that overlooking these other stakeholders is unwise and ethically unjustified. To this extent, stakeholder theory participates in a broader debate about business and ethics (Algas et al. 2006, Donaldson & Preston 1995) Descriptively, some research on stakeholder theory assumes that managers who wish to maximize their firm's potential will take broader stakeholder interests into account. This gives rise to a number of studies on how managers, firms, and stakeholders do in fact interact (Friedman 1970, Steiner & Steiner 1997).Stakeholder theory has been articulated in a number of ways, but in each of these ways stakeholders represent a broader constituency for corporate responsibility than stockholders (Friedman 1970, Steiner & Steiner 1997). In sharp contrast, according to stakeholder theory, managers should make decisions so as to take Edwardhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09392106809596708839noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2455353374788677251.post-92080245150155291492020-02-06T15:06:00.001-08:002020-02-06T15:06:03.017-08:00Up in Arms About Writing a Good Hook for an Essay?
